2. Service description

digitranslation provides specialised professional translation services for the medical, pharmaceutical, fashion, luxury, legal, manufacturing, digital, and academic sectors. All services are delivered digitally. No physical delivery takes place.

3. Order process

An order is completed upon payment confirmation through Stripe. You will receive email confirmation within minutes. Translator assignment takes place within 2 business hours of payment confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are securely processed by Stripe Inc. digitranslation does not store credit card data. The price confirmed at the time of order is the final price.

5. Delivery times

Deadlines are confirmed upon project acceptance. Confirmed deadlines are binding on digitranslation except in cases of force majeure. If a confirmed deadline cannot be met, the client is notified in advance.

6. Intellectual property

Ownership of the completed translation passes to the client upon full payment. digitranslation retains the right to cite the project as portfolio work upon request and client agreement.

7. Confidentiality

digitranslation signs a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before receiving any document. Client documents are not shared with third parties not involved in the specific project.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has jurisdiction for any dispute.
