Refund Policy

1. Free revisions

Every order includes free revisions for 14 days from the delivery date. Revision requests must specifically indicate which parts of the text require modification and the reason. Revisions for subjective stylistic preferences not included in the original brief may incur additional costs.

2. Partial refund

A partial refund may be granted when: an error demonstrably attributable to digitranslation cannot be adequately corrected through revision; delivery occurs with significant delay from the confirmed deadline without advance notice.

3. Full refund

A full refund is issued only if: digitranslation is unable to start the project within 48 business hours of payment confirmation; the requested service cannot be delivered for technical or availability reasons.

4. Non-refundable services

Completed and delivered services are non-refundable except as indicated above. The express 48h service is non-refundable once started. Completed sworn translation services are non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, write to: info@digitranslation.com with the order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
